IFA RS Call Center
The IFARS Call Center is currently available during regular business hours, with the aim of making this a 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week service.
The Call Centre staff comprise well-trained, multi-lingual individuals trained to help residents purchase the services required to make their lives more comfortable.
Instead of trying to source, coordinate and control home help from outside, the Call Centre team is easily reached on 422-7575 and able to get the job done well and done on time.
The ease of use and peace of mind offered by the Call Centre team is one of the components clients find key to the IFA Residential Services offer.
This is a function that will continue to grow and evolve in relation to the IFA Residential Services business.
